I come to you, so there are no crowded waiting rooms, no cages, and no loud dryers echoing off tile. We work in the quiet of your own home, one pet at a time, on their schedule. I watch for the signals every animal gives, a turned head, a held breath, a softening, and I let those signals set the pace.
If your dog needs three breaks, we take three breaks. If your cat has never trusted a groomer, we start with trust and let the grooming follow. This is more than a clean coat. It is the quiet promise underneath it all: you are safe now, you are loved now.

Every groom includes: hair cut, bath, blow dry, nail trim, shave, sanitary shave, and ear cleaning. (Undercoat removal swaps the hair cut for a deep undercoat brushing.)

Always. It’s the heart of what we do. We move at your pet’s pace, take breaks whenever they need one, and never force a step. Older pets and pets with hard histories are welcome and cared for with extra patience.
We come to your home and groom in a calm, self-contained setup inside your space. There are no cages and no crowded salon, just your pet, one-on-one, in a familiar place. We only need a little room to work.
We cover Metro Vancouver, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, and Coquitlam. A little farther out? Reach out anyway. A travel fee may make it work.
Just call, text, or email us and we’ll set up a first visit. Starting prices are in the pricing section. The final quote depends on your pet’s size, coat, and any extra care needed.
Their wellbeing comes first. If your pet needs to stop, we stop. We’ll do what we safely can, talk through what’s left, and plan a gentle follow-up so each visit is a little easier than the last.
We accept Interac e-transfer and cash.
Please let us know about any allergies beforehand. If you’d prefer, we’re happy to use a shampoo you provide for your pet.
